Police clearance (SAPS 365)

An ink-fingerprint police clearance, submitted in person to the processing office on your behalf. We take your prints, hand the paperwork in and collect the certificate ourselves — so nothing sits in a queue and nothing gets lost.

Three ways to do this

Pick whichever suits you — the price depends on which one you choose.
A

You come to us in Pretoria

We take your fingerprints at our office and give you the other documents to complete.

B

We come to you

We travel to you, take your fingerprints there, and give you the other documents to complete.

C

We send you the documents

You have your fingerprints taken at a police station near you, then courier the documents back to us.

Urgent applications

SAPS no longer offers an urgent service in South Africa. It takes 2–3 weeks to process.
