Checknet started as CheckID in 2017. In Q3 2024, we established Checknet to handle operations, while CheckID now manages licenses and partnerships.

We handle SACE registrations, biometric and ink police clearances, Matric certificate reprints, NRSO checks, and Matric certificate or Statement of Results verifications.

Simply select your service on our homepage, fill in your details, upload documents if asked and complete payment. We’ll guide you through each step.

Processing varies by service. Check the estimated timeframe on each service page for more details. We can expedite services when the application is being processed by the specific government body – that’s illegal! 

We accept secure online payments via Payfast (credit/debit cards, EFT, etc.). Courier fees may apply if you choose delivery.

Yes. We use secure servers and encryption to protect all data shared with us.

We send email updates thought out the process to keep you updated.

Yes it will be the amount you paid subtracted by our Payfast transaction fee. Refunds are not given if we have already done the work for the specific service.
