Affiliate T&Cs
Welcome to our Affiliate Program! By signing up and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Commission Structure
New Affiliates: Earn 2% commission on each sale generated through your unique affiliate link (excluding shipping costs).
Partners: Approved partners earn 3% commission on each sale (excluding shipping costs).
Commission rates are subject to change. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any adjustments.
2. Payout Terms
Commissions are paid out on the 25th of each month.
The minimum payout threshold is R500. If your earnings are below this amount, your balance will carry over to the next month until the threshold is reached.
Payouts are processed via the payment method you selected in your affiliate account.
3. Cookie Duration
Our affiliate program uses a 30-day cookie window.
This means that if a customer clicks your link but does not purchase immediately, you will still receive commission if they return and complete their purchase within 30 days of the original click.
4. Eligibility
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
Any fraudulent activity, spam, or misuse of affiliate links will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must not make false claims, misrepresent the brand, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
You may promote your affiliate link through websites, blogs, social media, and email (as long as you comply with anti-spam regulations).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if we believe these terms have been violated or if the affiliate is inactive for an extended period.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions below the threshold will be forfeited.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
