Antenuptial Online

How it works:

1. Pay: Total cost is R5,000 (drafting, consultation, registration).
2. Online Consultation: We’ll schedule a virtual meeting to discuss your requirements.
3. Draft Contract: We’ll send you a preliminary antenuptial contract for review.
4. Review & Confirm: Verify the details and request any changes.
5. Power of Attorney & Contract Signing: We’ll send you a Power of Attorney form and the final contract via email. Sign both, scan them, and email the scans back to us (the Power of Attorney authorizes us to register on your behalf).
6. Registration: We’ll use the scanned copies to register your antenuptial contract with the Deeds Office on your behalf.
7. Courier Originals: Send the signed original Power of Attorney and Prenup Contract to us for our records (required for audits).
8. Receive Your Contract: Once registered, we’ll courier the final contract to you (courier fees apply).

Estimated Timeline: The process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the Deeds Office and courier times.
