Police Clearance Certificate
Must be issued within the last 6 months. Accepted types: AFISwitch or SAP69i. Click on the link below if you are interested in our service were we scan fingerprints at your location, and each person will receive their police clearance certificate by email within 48 hours.

J738 Form
Each person must complete a J738 application form. After payment, we’ll email you a link to download the form.

Certified ID Copy
Required for every group member. Certification must be clearly visible and not older than 6 months.
